For client work: upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to all custom work created specifically for your project. We retain portfolio presentation rights unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent that you have legal capacity, you are not a minor, and you will comply with applicable laws.
6. Purchases And Payment
For custom projects, we structure payments typically on a 30% advance deposit and remaining milestones as agreed. Final deliverables are delivered upon clearance of the remaining balance.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our creative and development services, all advance payments and milestone payments are final and non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the services to scrape data, defraud users, attempt reverse engineering of our platform, or upload malicious files.
